This product is delivered by one of our national carrier partners, e.g. Australia Post, Allied Express, Couriers Please, Aramex, Toll, Direct Freight Express or other carriers as appropriate.
The standard delivery service provided is a fast and cost effective shipping method that delivers direct to your front door, mailbox, front entrance, foyer, reception or other ground floor parcel receiving location – please note delivery drivers generally will not go upstairs or go past the front door.
Standard Delivery will usually occur Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm) but also could possibly occur outside of these hours during peak periods. We send emails and SMS alerts if you choose top opt in to let you know when your order is in transit and as updates from the couriers are provided in their tracking information. Unfortunately we’re unable to provide a choice of delivery day or time for these types of deliveries.
Our dispatch system will allocate the carrier automatically using the best price option available for your location at the time you place your order.
To see the cost of shipping, you may enter your postcode in on the products page or alternatively add the product to your shopping cart, enter your postcode and a shipping cost estimate will be displayed. Final shipping costs are shown “in cart” during the checkout process, before the final payment step.
Our best price shipping costs are calculated based on a number of factors including the size, weight, where your items are shipping from (we ship from warehouses located in Melbourne and Sydney) and the location of where your items are shipping to.
Authority to Leave
Most of our orders are dispatched with an authority to leave approval provided to our couriers. This means the courier may be able to leave the order without a signature at your delivery address if one is able to be obtained.
Sometimes if the delivery driver does not feel there is a safe location to leave the parcel unattended, they may leave a collection card and return it to the local depot, please be advised this is at the discretion of the driver. In this case, please contact the courier directly to make re-delivery or collection arrangements.
If your order includes multiple items, we may ship your items separately, at no additional cost to you, to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time Estimates
Enter your postcode in the shipping calculator provided or at the cart page to see estimated delivery timeframes. These are a date range based on the current information the carriers have available for delivery to your area. We find in the majority of the cases your product will be delivered on, or even before, these timeframes.
14 Day Return Policy
We at Complete Storage Solutions would like for you to be happy with your purchase with us. If you do change your mind or are not satisfied with the product, we can arrange for a return of your item if you contact us within 14 days of the delivery arrival.
You will be responsible for the applicable shipping costs to facilitate the return, including the original shipping costs of sending the item to you and the cost of returning the item back to the warehouse.
The item will be need to be returned in its new condition and securely packaged in the original packaging of the item. We may request a photo of the item in its packaging prior to arranging the return booking.
We will offer the choice of:-
- A refund of the goods purchased less the shipping costs
- A store credit valid for up to 12 months less the shipping costs
- An exchange of the goods purchased for another product less the shipping costs
To ensure appropriate tracking of the returned goods, all returns are to be arranged through Complete Storage Solutions. We accept no responsibility for items that are returned to us outside of being organised by us.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Any items we have refused will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged to you.
Faulty, Damaged, Missing Parts or Incorrect Item Received
All customers need to check all of their packages ideally within 7 days of delivery arrival to ensure the product has arrived in satisfactory condition, undamaged and with all its parts.
If there is any issues with the delivery we must be made aware within 14 days of delivery arrival at the latest by contacting us and reporting the problem via our contact us page. There is also an option to choose “Report a problem” here, please provide as much detail as possible and include photos or a short video of the issues to assist in a quick resolution. As some file types may not upload there, you can also email us with all the needed information at email@example.com
