Complete Storage Solutions operates the Site as an online store for the sale and purchase of retail goods.
The Site may contain information from a number of suppliers of retail products. The Site provides you with the opportunity to purchase goods or services provided by suppliers to Complete Storage Solutions for sale on the Site.
We are not an agent for the suppliers, nor are we an agent for any third party suppliers of any goods or services that are advertised on the Site.
Information contained on the Site about goods and services offered by a supplier is provided by that supplier. We do not monitor, verify or endorse information submitted by suppliers for posting on this Site and you should be aware that such information may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date and may change at any time.
Pricing and Payment
The price of goods ordered is the current price at the time of delivery, unless a specific price has been quoted. All prices are in Australian dollars. Payment for goods online may be made by an approved business account.
Complete Storage Solutions currently accepts the following payment method options:
1. online credit card payment by Mastercard or Visa;
4. Zip pay
You may pay for goods by Mastercard or Visa.
Choosing to pay by credit card is an efficient way of shopping on the Site, as orders will be processed once confirmation of payment is received.
In relation to ensuring your safety when making online credit card payments, always look for ‘https://’ in the address bar as well as the padlock or key symbol in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window. Please note if you are using IE 7 Windows browser, the padlock can be found in the top right hand corner at the end of the address.
Risk & Title
Complete Storage Solutions will retain title to the goods you order until you have made payment in full for those goods but all risk in the goods will pass to you upon the delivery of the goods to, or the collection of the goods by, a postal or courier service. You should consider whether to obtain any suitable insurance in respect of the goods.
Orders and Deliveries
You may place an order for goods via the shopping cart tool on the Site.
Once you have placed an order through our checkout it is immediately passed on for picking and dispatch, where during this time it can not be cancelled. Any change of mind after placing the order will need to be arranged upon arrival of the item and does incur the shipping fees required. For this reason we advise to please choose carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
All products advertised on the Site are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice. We accept no responsibility or liability for any goods we are unable to supply for any reason.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or misprints and we have no responsibility if any of the goods or services advertised on the Site are unavailable. Back orders will be recorded and delivered when available, unless otherwise advised.
Complete Storage Solutions will always attempt fast dispatch of all orders within 48 hours from the date the order is made. Orders are expected to arrive within 4 – 10 working days from the date the order was placed to most locations, often sooner, though Complete Storage Solutions accepts no responsibility if there are delays in transit. More specific and up to date information or updates can be found on the Shipping & Returns page
Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Orders with no shipment service available to us will be notified, cancelled and refunded as quickly as possible.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE FOR DELIVERIES
Most of our orders are dispatched with an authority to leave approval provided to our couriers. This means the courier may be able to leave the order without a signature at your delivery address if one is able to be obtained. Sometimes if the delivery driver does not feel there is a safe location to leave the parcel unattended, they may leave a collection card and return it to the local depot, please be advised this is at the discretion of the driver.
Order CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO DELIVERY
Once you have placed an order through our checkout it is immediately passed on for picking and dispatch, where during this time it can’t be cancelled. Our team are working hard to have your order dispatched as quickly as possible and often within 24 hours of your order placed, and is why any cancellation request for cancellation after the order being placed can not be guaranteed.
If your request for cancellation can not be completed, you may still return your product under the “Returns and Exchanges” process as per below and shipping costs are incurred. For this reason we advise to please choose carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
ShIPPING CHARGES ON BULKY ITEMS
Complete Storage Solutions has a large range of products that include bulky items. To get some of these bulky items to certain locations it can incur higher shipping charges. In the rare case that this is different from the quoted price on checkout we will contact you to let you know. If you do not choose to pay the difference in cost from checkout we will proceed with cancellation of your order.
Complete Storage Solutions is under no obligation to process the order if the shipping charge varies from the original charge at checkout, and you do not agree to pay the difference.
Note some bulky items are unable to be organised with extra shipping charges if being dispatched direct from our suppliers warehouse, in this event we will cancel and refund the item/s applicable.
FREE SHIPPING OFFERS*
We do offer free shipping on a select range of our products. This offer can sometimes be specific to locations and postcodes, and can be checked by using the shipping calculator available on each products specific page. When we advise Australia wide free shipping, due to shipping costs from carriers please note there may be excluded postcodes to this offer. We may get in contact with you if this applies to your location. Metro locations are defined by the courier network we use and you can check your postcode in the shipping calculator to confirm yours is applicable under the free shipping offer.
To avoid disappointment and due to the expected record levels of parcels to be delivered in the couriers networks, please ensure any products you are purchasing for Christmas presents are ordered before 29th November. Whilst the majority of our orders are received within 7 – 10 days, December will be an exceptionally busy time for everyone, including our partners in warehousing & transportation companies. Unfortunately we will not be able to give any assurances that parcels will arrive for Christmas if ordered past this date.
ReTURNs and Exchanges
We at Complete Storage Solutions would like for you to be happy with your purchase with us. If you do change your mind or are not satisfied with the product, we can arrange for a return of your item if you contact us within 14 days of the delivery arrival.
You will be responsible for the applicable shipping costs to facilitate the return, including the original shipping costs of sending the item to you and the cost of returning the item back to the warehouse.
The item will be need to be returned in its new condition and securely packaged in the original packaging of the item. We may request a photo of the item in its packaging prior to arranging the return booking.
We will offer the choice of:-
- A refund of the goods purchased less the shipping costs
- A store credit valid for up to 12 months less the shipping costs
- An exchange of the goods purchased for another product less the shipping costs
Note – any refund, credit voucher or replacement/exchange will be arranged only after collection of original item has occurred.
To ensure appropriate tracking of the returned goods, all returns are to be arranged through Complete Storage Solutions. We accept no responsibility for items that are returned to us outside of being organised by us.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Any items we have refused will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged to you.
If you need to return an item, please contact us to arrange.
FAULTY, DAMAGED, MISSING PARTS OR INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
All customers need to check all of their packages ideally within 7 days of delivery arrival to ensure the product has arrived in satisfactory condition, undamaged and with all its parts. If there is any issues with the delivery we must be made aware within 14 days of delivery arrival at the latest by contacting us and reporting the problem via our contact us page. There is also a tab to choose “Report a problem”, please provide as much detail as possible and photos of the issues to assist in a quick resolution.
In the unfortunate event you receive a faulty, damaged or have missing parts, the warranty team will assess for a suitable resolution. This can usually include the options of replacement parts sent, partial credit if appropriate or return for refund.
If we accidentally dispatch the incorrect item to you, please notify us ideally within the first 3 days of receiving your delivery. We will offer to send you the correct item and organise the pickup and return of the incorrect product.
Please note, for refunds we require the item to be sent back to us for the refund to proceed. This will require the unit to be re-packaged preferably in the original packaging or alternate packaging by the customer for safe transportation by a courier. Our warranty team will liaise with you to arrange a pickup at our cost for a faulty or damaged unit under the warranty period. We arrange the return with third party couriers which can require a minimum of 3 business days notice for a collection date.
Note – any refund, credit voucher or replacement/exchange will be arranged only after collection of original item has occurred.
LOST IN TRANSIT DELIVERIES
Unfortunately there can be occasions when the courier company tasked with delivering your item deems the parcel as lost in transit. In this situation we will happily assist with providing the option of a replacement or refund on your missing item. An item will be considered lost in transit only upon confirmation from the courier companies investigation deems it is lost in transit, alternatively it may be deemed lost in transit if no tracking movement available for more than 20 business days and no response from the courier, at the discretion of Complete Storage Solutions.
All products purchased through Complete Storage Solutions are covered at the minimum by Australian Consumer Law Standards
If you have a claim for warranty, please contact us with the issue and provide photos or video showing the concern. Under warranty issues will be addressed and solutions offered to resolve. These options may include replacement parts, replacement product if available, partial credit or refund, or return for full refund.
Warranty does not include:-
- Usual and normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper assembly, abnormal use/abuse of product, lack of maintenance or care with the product
- Damage due to adverse weather conditions, for example high winds etc.
- Damage only impacting packaging
- Damage caused by own handling of the goods
- Minor imperfections or blemishes
- Minor variations in dimensions, colour, grain or finish
- Return of other products within your order that do not have a warranty issue. Any products you wish to return alongside will be subject to the change of mind policy.

Competitions & SALE Promotions / coupons
From time to time competitions and promotions (“Competitions”) may be posted on this Site. We shall publish the relevant terms and conditions of the Competitions. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions of a Competition before you enter into a Competition. Where there are promotions & discounts, please assume they will not be valid with any other offer.
At times we may have promotional coupons / codes available to you. These can not be used in conjunction when any other sale offer or coupon and are limited to one use unless otherwise specified.
This Site and all intellectual property rights, including graphics, logos, trademarks, design, text, icons, the arrangement of them, sound recordings and all software relating to this Site, are owned by us, or in some cases, a related body corporate or third party. These intellectual property rights are protected by Australian and international laws.

We value and appreciate ratings & reviews from people who have purchased products from us and decide to share their genuine opinion.
As a customer, you may share your opinion about your purchased products from the reviews page section of the website. Occasionally, we also send emails to our customers inviting them to rate and review their recent purchases.
By submitting your review, you agree that:
